SEPA CFsystem– Cross flow filtration simulator with flat sheet membrane

The SEPA CF System has a unique, patented design which simulates the hydrodynamics of commercially available spiral wound membrane elements. This versatile tool can be used as an evaluation tool for membranes, as a process development tool or for small sample production, minimizing the amount of membranes and sample used. The result is a significant saving in terms of cost and time, exploiting the investment to the fullest. By using SEPA CF it is possible to easily adjust operating conditions, hydrodynamics and pressure levels: in this way a wide range of applications can be simulated and the most appropriate membrane type for each application can easily be established.

• Hand pump to pressurize SEPA System support
• Feed pump for high pressure processes, complete with motor
• Feed pump for low pressure processes, complete with motor
• Concentrate controlvalve; in AISI316 to pressurize the cell
• Working tank
• Heat exchanger for temperature control
• High and low pressure connection pipes
