Pleated PES membrane microfiltration sterilizing cartridges
SEPRA PURE Sterilizing filter cartridges with pleated membrane
SEPRA PURE is a range of cartridges specifically designed for the final filtration of the product.
Filtration takes place through an asymmetrical pleated polyethersulfone membrane with different degrees of filtration available (from 0.1 to 1.2 μm), in order to best adapt to the characteristics of the filtered product.
The cartridges are made in raw materials specifically selected in order to guarantee the use on food liquids in compliance with the FDA CFR21 legislation. This type of cartridge tolerates a variety of chemical compounds, such as the ones used in cleaning and sanitization after use. We offer the 30" long cartridges with 226-end fittings as standard available in stock but lengths from 10 "to 40" are available on order, as well as many types of attachments to adapt the cartridges to every need and container.
The high surface area of SEPRA PURE cartridges guarantees long life and low initial pressure drops. Furthermore, it is possible to perform backwashing and chemical washing.
All cartridge support components are constructed in high-purity polypropylene and the cartridges are fabricated and assembled in a sterile environment to minimize the possibility of contamination.
