GEO - Ozone Generator
GEO series ozone generators are suitable for industrial applications. The GEO generators have been designed specifically to operate at low costs on ozone concentrations between 6 and 10% by weight, with pure oxygen feed, and between 2 and 3% by weight with air feed. The ozone is generated using a dehydrated gas that contains oxygen, which is fed through an electric discharge created between two electrodes. These electrodes are separated by a discharge space within which the gas flows. The discharge, known as the "corona discharge effect",causes the dissociation of some of the oxygen molecules necessary for the formation of ozone.
Water cooled ozone generators
- Alarm: red led, power, stop VFD, thermal VFD protection
- Flux and Pressure inlet regulator
- Emergency button, Main switch/lock door
- Automatic safety valve on feed line
- Power regulator (VFD)
- Remote ON/OFF contact
- 4-20mA contact (optional on request)
Ozone production REGULATOR by inverter GEO could be used in CONTINUOUS:
- Water cooling (drinking waterT <20 ° C);
- Automatic safety valve on the ozone line
Air drier supply.
- Compressed air (oil-free and @ 7 bar);
- Oxygen (> 97% O2)
Optional:
- Oxygen generator;
- Air compressor generator;
- Chiller;
- Ozone sensor.
